Ocean Energy Safety Advisory Committee

The Ocean Energy Safety Advisory Committee (OESC) was chartered on February 8, 2011, to advise the Secretary of the Interior, through the Director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement, on a variety of issues related to offshore energy safety.

MembershipMembers are appointed by the Secretary of the Interior to represent the interests of the academic community, non government organizations, offshore energy industry and the Federal Government.
