12/4/2010 - RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany (AFNS) -- Aircrews and C-130J Super Hercules from here are standing by to fly 20 tons of fire retardant to to assist with wildfires Dec. 4 in the Carmel Forest of Israel.

So far, the fires have killed 42 people and burned more than 7,000 acres of land. At least 15,000 residents have been evacuated.
