5/19/2011 - COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AFNS) -- A member on the Air Force shooting team took second place during the shooting finals at the 2011 Warrior Games May 19 here.

Chatriex Goodson secured the silver medal for the Air Force team in air rifle standing SH1 category, meaning shooters are able to support a gun without a stand. Goodson qualified with a score of 355 and fired 420.1 in the finals.

This was Goodson's first year at the Warrior Games. She also fired in the air rifle prone SH1 category.

Stacy Pearsall and Israel Del Toro represented the Air Force in the air rifle standing SH2 (shooter requires a stand to support a gun) category and the air rifle prone SH2 categories.

Matthew Bilancia, Gwendolyn Sheppard and Noel Sepulveda competed in the air rifle prone category.

Wes Simon and Gwendolyn Sheppard competed in the air rifle standing and Christopher D'Angelo and Frank Reilly competed in the air pistol open category.
