11/19/2010 - BITBURG, Germany (AFNS)  -- Americans from nearby Spangdahlem Air Base  and German military representatives participated in a ceremony to remember victims of war and tyranny during the German National Day of Mourning here Nov. 11. It is observed two Sundays before the first Sunday of Advent.
