3/13/2011 - KADENA AIR BASE, Japan (AFNS) -- Civil engineers from Kadena Air Base arrived at Misawa AB, Japan, to help restore commercial power on the base that was taken out by the earthquake March 11. Tech. Sgt. Mike Tateishi was on the scene to report as civil engineers prepared to deploy March 12.
