State and County Outline Maps (Census 2000)   Description

The naming convention for these files is 'stco_XX.pdf' where XX stands for the respective postal abbreviation (i.e. Maryland = stco_MD.pdf). In the case of Puerto Rico, a Spanish version will be provided in addition to the standard English version. For that map, Puerto Rico is followed by (Sp), and the naming convention for the map file will be 'stco_PR_sp.pdf', in order to differentiate it from the standard English version.
