Graphical depiction of the weather story for today.

Weakening low pressure will move from the central Plains Thursday night and across the upper Midwest on Friday. It will pack enough punch as it approaches to bring accumulating snow to southern Wisconsin Thursday night and Friday. The heaviest snow is expected Thursday night when between 3 and 5 inches is expected, with an additional inch or two likely on Friday. Expect a slippery Friday morning commute.
