This letter discusses submission, processing and evaluation of small business procurement scorecards for FY 2006.

• Federal Procurement Data Verification and Validation

This letter discusses the Federal Procurement Data System used for Small Business Goaling Reports.

• Preston Letter to Primes Encouraging Voluntary Recertification

This letter discusses the recertification process for prime contracts.

• Letter establishing Small Business Scorecard process

This letter, written November 14, 2006, has the scorecard standards. In addition, identical letters were sent to all agency heads with agency-specific small business goal achievement percentages. 

• Reporting Small Business Contracting Information

This letter, written in September, 2006, discusses the accuracy of reporting small business contracting information, and advises that there will be upcoming changes to ensure businesses are indeed "small."

• Identifying Reasons for Discrepancies in FY05 Small Business Contracting Data

This letter is a follow-up letter to "Reporting Small Business Contracting Information," stating that agencies should contact SBA to correct or reconcile apparent data inaccuracies and reporting discrepancies for small business contracts.
