This letter, written November 14, 2006, has the scorecard standards. In addition, identical letters were sent to all agency heads with agency-specific small business goal achievement percentages. 

This letter, written in September, 2006, discusses the accuracy of reporting small business contracting information, and advises that there will be upcoming changes to ensure businesses are indeed "small."

This letter is a follow-up letter to "Reporting Small Business Contracting Information," stating that agencies should contact SBA to correct or reconcile apparent data inaccuracies and reporting discrepancies for small business contracts.
