Every two years, the Commission publishes Federal Elections, a compilation of the official, certified federal election results obtained from each state’s election office and other official sources.  The above links provide the primary, runoff and general election results for the U.S. Senate, the U.S. House of Representatives and, when applicable, U.S. President.

For elections on the state, local and territory level, please see the Combined Federal/State Disclosure and Election Directory.  It provides contact information and links to the elections offices of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

For voter registration and turnout information, contact the United States Election Assistance Commission, http://www.eac.gov.

The Federal Elections series began in 1982.  For more information, contact the Public Records Office via e-mail (pubrec@fec.gov) or on the Commission’s toll-free line, 800/424-9530 (option 2).  The direct dial number is 202/694-1120.
