U.S. Under Secretary of Education Martha Kanter will deliver the commencement address to an estimated 5,000 graduates during ceremonies at California State University, Fullerton, in Fullerton, Calif. The 2012 commencement ceremony will begin at 8 a.m. Sunday, May 20, on campus.
