OSCE Events

Based on decisions taken by the annual Ministerial Council and on current developments, the OSCE and its institutions hold a variety of conferences every year. The focus of meetings is also determined by the OSCE Chairmanship which rotates annually.

OSCE Ministerial Councils, at the level of OSCE Foreign Ministers, are convened in those years when no Summit takes place. The most recent Summit was held in Instanbul in 1999. The Human Dimension Implementation Meeting and the Annual Security Review Conference take place on an annual basis. This section provides a chronological listing of the bigger events that took place in the past years and gives access to U.S. interventions that were delivered at these meetings.
