NJCH Sponsors Film Screenings on Justice

As part of its Justice themed programming, NJCH is partnering with public libraries across the state to host screenings of one of two documentary films about New Jersey history: Revolution '67 or A Place Out of Time: The Bordentown School. Each screening will be followed by a scholar-facilitated discussion which will connect the film to issues of race, economics, urban development, education and justice. NJCH Celebrates the Humanities

James McPherson, Annette Gordon-Reed and Gregory Woodruff were honored on October 21, 2009 at NJCH's annual Awards Celebration. The centerpiece of the evening was A Conversation with Annette Gordon-Reed and James M. McPherson: History and the Meaning of Justice, moderated by Dr. Clement A. Price.
