On June 29, 2011, the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury ("OFAC") amended the Western Balkans Stabilization Regulations, 31 CFR part 588, to implement Executive Order 13304 of May 28, 2003. OFAC also removed from 31 CFR chapter V the sanctions pertaining to the former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, 31 CFR parts 585, 586 and 587.
