How to Cancel an Order

While we understand that cancellations are sometimes a necessity, a restocking fee may be charged for any product returned for reasons other than defect or damage. Our Transportation Officer will provide you an estimate of the cost to return your order. Such costs typically include repackaging, return freight charges, and possibly product rework charges to fix damages incurred during the return shipment due to inadequate packaging.
