ONLINE ACADEMIC SKILLS COURSE NOW AVAILABLE!!
The Online Academic Skills Course (OASC) is now available to Service members and their families. OASC is designed for individuals who want to improve their math and verbal skills and build a solid academic foundation in order to advance their education and excel in their careers. OASC is a self-paced, online program that allows students the flexibility to progress through the course at a rate that best suits their schedule and/or duty commitments. Each course consists of 20 minute lessons that are customized to the individual user’s current level of ability. Interactive exercises, video game-style multiple choice, and virtual flash cards with audio reinforce learning concepts through a variety of learning styles.
This course also serves as an alternative for Marines who are unable to enroll in an instructor led basic academic skills program due to duty obligations.
