The Enterprise Center Congratulates Andy Toy

We extend a hearty congratulations to Andrew Toy, director of our Retail Resource Network, who was recently appointed to the Mayor's Commission on Asian American Affairs. The Commission is charged with keeping the Mayor and Administration officials apprised of issues and concerns in the community; proactively reviewing issues of concern to the various communities and monitoring the impact of and satisfaction with the delivery of City services within the communities; and with serving as a connector between social service, community, cultural and other organizations and City government.

Here at The Enterprise Center, Andy helps local retailers get the resources they need to be successful. His important work brings vibrancy to local commercial corridors and neighborhoods.

Join us in applauding Andy's continued leadership in the city of Philadelphia!

The Enterprise Center is proud to announce d-BizConnect, a comprehensive database pairing Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) with business opportunities. Focused on raising awareness of these minority businesses, The Enterprise Center is creating a comprehensive database aimed at matching MBEs with business opportunities.

Passing the Torch

We would like to thank all of the sponsors and attendees that joined us at the third annual Passing the Torch, a fall gala dinner honoring exemplary minority entrepreneurial leaders. This year we were pleased to honor Beach Creative Communications, Blackwell Consulting Services, Inc., and Elohim Cleaning Contractors, Inc. It was a wonderful evening, and we look forward to seeing everyone on October 8, 2009 for the fourth annual Passing the Torch. View the Picture Gallery
