What We Do

Photo of a pen with graphs.The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Office of Acquisition, Reimbursable Agreements Team supports over 400 Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) awards. These OTAs are issued to eligible US airports for the public good and to advance TSA’s security objectives through the Law Enforcement Officer Reimbursement Agreement Program (LEO), National Explosives Detection Canine Team Program (NEDCTP) and Port Security Programs (PSP).

TSA’s Reimbursable Agreements (RA) Team provides guidance and oversight to TSA Program Offices and participants and is committed to ensuring these programs are administered in compliance with applicable Federal laws and regulations.

How do I locate my Agreement number?
The Agreement number is listed in Block 2, Award Number, of the award page.

What is the difference between a budget period and a project period?
A budget period is a specific Federal fiscal year from October 1, through September 30. The project period is the period of performance or start and end date for the agreement.
