Accuity Solutions to Serve as SSA's Financial Institutions Liaison in the e4641 Program

SSA recently awarded a contract to Accuity Solutions to administer the SSA e4641 Program. The SSA e4641 Program is a web-based electronic process for verifying financial account information with financial institutions for the Social Security Administration's Supplemental Security Income (SSI) applicants/recipients.

As SSA's liaison with Financial Institutions in this Program, Accuity Solutions is responsible for communicating with the financial institution community on all matters related to requesting information as part of the SSA Form 4641 (Authorization for the Social Security Administration to obtain Account Records from a Financial Institution and Request Records).

Over the next several years, Accuity Solutions staff will be contacting all financial institutions to participate in the new electronic financial account verification process. The SSA e4641 Program provides significant benefits to financial institutions and their customers. Some of these benefits include:
