Personnel Hilites

Personnel Hilites is a prime vehicle for communicating current human resource (HR) and related information from the WHS Human Resources Directorate (HRD). Produced by the HRD Management and Program Support division, this quarterly newsletter is available on line.

Personnel Hilites publishes a variety of articles for a diverse audience--Department of Defense (DoD) civilian and military employees and HRD customers and stakeholders. Topics range from HR policies, laws, and regulations to hot issues, updates and new programs. Articles provide valuable information about employee benefits and entitlements, employment, and training and development opportunities, and much more.
