That’s the question posed by a new video released 21 days after President Obama signed legislation giving him until February 21st to decide on the popular Keystone XL pipeline extension.

The video contains several important facts to help inform your decision:

• The Keystone extension, funded entirely through private investment, would lead to the creation of at least 20,000 “new, real U.S. jobs.”
  
  
• The Keystone extension enjoys broad-based, bipartisan support in Congress and around the country. “A majority of voters support the pipeline,” Reuters notes, “and most labor unions support it too.” 
  
  
• Editorial boards coast-to-coast are urging President Obama to approve the Keystone extension. 
  
  
• TransCanada first filed for a permit to build and operate the Keystone pipeline more than three years ago. Clearing a “key bureaucratic hurdle” last summer, the State Department announced the extension passed environmental reviews.
