NASA inducts next class of Student Ambassadors

NASA recently inducted 86 top-performing interns into the 2013 NASA Student Ambassadors Virtual Community. Their selection is part of the agency's effort to engage undergraduate and graduate students in science, engineering, mathematics and technology, or STEM, research and interactive opportunities. This fifth group of student ambassadors, known as Cohort V, includes interns from 32 states and 70 universities.

Fly Your Own Payload

NASA is releasing this Undergraduate Student Instrument Project (USIP) Educational Flight Opportunity (EFO) to solicit U.S. university proposals to develop an Earth or space science payload that will fly on a NASA suborbital vehicle, such as a sounding rocket, balloon, aircraft, or commercial suborbital reusable launch vehicle.
