Concepts and Programs
Concepts and Programs (formerly called Concepts & Issues) is a publication produced annually by the Programs & Resources Department.
Concepts and Programs articulates the modernization requirements of the United States Marine Corps, and presents an overview of current plans to give our Marines in pursuit of America's national security the best warfighting tools available.
Concepts and Programs offers a "once across the Corps" perspective that includes a description of our conceptual view of warfighting, an overview of the operations of the past year, and an examination of the specific programs that will provide our Marines technologically superior weapons platforms, systems, and equipment.
