Residential Land Development Activity profiles for the September quarter 2011 are now available for 28 Queensland
local government areas and five
regional planning project areas. The profiles provide a summary of key residential land development data including broadhectare land supply, the subdivision of land, new lot sales, dwelling approvals and dwelling sales.
Queensland State Accounts provides the official measure of the performance of various components of the Queensland economy and includes comparisons with the rest of Australia. Queensland State Accounts information for September quarter 2011 is available to download in a one-page summary or the detailed report.
OESR’s Rental Housing Vacancy Rates Survey results for the December quarter 2011 are now available. Vacancy rates for rental units and detached houses are reported for Queensland and selected regions. Information on agency rental management lists and perceptions of rental demand are also presented.
