Badging / Site Access
Non-U.S. Citizens may receive Fermilab Visitor ID Badges valid for the shorter of (a) the duration of their need to access Fermilab, (b) the validity of their health insurance, (c) the validity of their U.S. immigration status, or (d) 1 year. Employees receive their ID Badges initially during New Hire Orientation, on their first day of employment, and may renew their ID Badges annually throughout their employment. Users should review the Users Office procedures for obtaining ID Badges.
