Recruit Teachers

Recruit Your Next Generation of Teachers on TEACH.gov

Your Schools are under constant pressure to recruit and retain the best talent.

Experienced teachers will be retiring soon. Special education, English language learning, and STEM teachers are in great demand. The U.S. Department of Education launched the TEACH initiative to help you. Here's how:

  • Job postings that reach thousands of candidates. Register and post your jobs on TEACH.gov. Every day we're reaching out to teachers and recent graduates across the country. Post your job on TEACH.gov and get noticed.
  • District profiles that highlight your strengths: Coming soon! We're giving you space to toot your own horn. Tell your story on your district page. Convince teachers that your district is the place for them.
  • The support of Secretary Duncan: As the Secretary has said, nothing is more important to accelerating student learning than getting a great teacher in every classroom. The TEACH initiative has his full support.

Post Your Jobs

We make it easy for you to post jobs on TEACH.gov. You can post one or many. You can even automate the process so TEACH.gov stays updated automatically.
