The Procurement And Supply-chain Benchmarking Association (PASBA™) is currently a free association of procurement and supply chain organizations within major corporations. PASBA™ conducts benchmarking studies to identify practices that improve the overall operations of the members.

PASBA™ Mission

To identify "Best in Class" procurement and supply chain business processes, which, when implemented, will lead member companies to exceptional performance.

Benchmarking

Benchmarking is a performance measurement tool used in conjunction with improvement initiatives; it measures comparative operating performance of companies and identifies the "best practices."

Benchmarking creates value by

  • Focusing on key performance gaps;
  • Identifying ideas from other companies;
  • Creating a consensus to move an organization forward;
  • Making better decisions from a larger base of facts.

Annual Networking Roundtable

PASBA™ is hosting their annual meetings. The meeting is an opportunity to meet other professionals in the same functional area and discuss current issues.
