[Question] I have a cost reimbursement contract where the contractor is direct charging for consumables, i.e. gloves, ear plugs, disposable booties, disposable Tyvek coveralls, safety boots, safety glasses. At what level does this property need to be tracked for disposal purposes? Is this property considered consumed at the time of issue? This contract is for multiple delivery orders.
