What is Enterprise Organizational Alignment (EOA)?
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) senior leaders recognized the need for a standardized enterprise-wide process to manage organizational change as a business discipline that links strategy with people, processes, and technology in a mutually supportive system focused on achieving business results and accomplishing a shared vision. The Enterprise Organizational Alignment process provides that standardized process by which proposed organizational change is planned, documented, coordinated, approved, and implemented based on customer needs and system change requirements.
