My Account is Locked
The following account lockouts can occur when attempting to access your account:

For the security and protection of your account, you will get three chances to sign in successfully. If
you fail to sign in with those three attempts, you will be temporarily locked out (prevented from
signing in) for a period of thirty (30) minutes. If you believe that you have been temporarily locked out, please wait thirty (30) minutes and try your
request again.

If you incorrectly answer the secret question three consecutive times, you will be permanently
locked out of MyMedicare.gov (for security reasons) and will need to complete the
Registration
process again.
