DAU Midwest Senior Service College Fellowship Program
In the Midwest Region, DAU has partnered with the Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) and Lawrence Technological University (LTU) to prepare GS-14s and GS-15s (and their equivalents) for senior leadership roles in the acquisition workforce. Fellows complete a 10-month program of study and application in the fields of leadership, program management, and national security through a variety of experiences in the academic classroom, simulated environments, workshops, and on-site visits. Fellows earn a Master’s Degree in Global Leadership and Management from LTU as well as certificates in multiple DAU courses focused on senior leader development and executive program management. The Midwest Fellowship welcomes acquisition workforce members across the Military Services and Defense Agencies to create a joint learning environment. The current class includes students from Air Force Materiel Command and Naval Sea Systems Command.
