To make personalized ombudsman calling cards, follow these steps:
  1. Right-click the link above, and select “Save Target As” to download.
  2. Save the file, and then open it in MS Word.
  3. One line at a time (to preserve formatting), change the text in one table cell as appropriate.
  4. Copy and paste your revised text into the other cells.
  5. Print on Avery #8371 (laser) or #5371 (ink jet) business card stock.
