- Maximum weight for Flat Rate envelopes and boxes sent internationally is 20 lbs. Some countries have lower weight restrictions.
- Most hazardous materials can't be shipped.
- With few exceptions, cigarettes and smokeless tobacco shipments cannot be mailed.

- Submit a refund request for failure of service within 30 days of the mailing date. For refunds on date-certain service, call 1-800-222-1811.

- The Money-back Guarantee will no longer be offered to American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the North Mariana Islands, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and Palau.
