The USAR Personnel Action Branches handle a variety of personnel actions for IRR, IMA, TPU, AGR Soldiers, and Retired Reserve members.

What We Do For IRR, IMA, TPU and (AGR above the line) Soldiers

USAR Soldier Services is your source for information on processing all of the following actions.

• Student Loan Repayment Program

• Retroactive Reserve awards for IRR, IMA and AGR above the line Soldiers

• Issuing Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty (DD Form 214)

• Preparing Corrections to the DD form 214 (DD Form 215)

• Enlisted Record Brief (ERB) updates for AGR Soldiers in above the line units

• Good Conduct medals for AGR Soldiers in above the line units

• Retirement Points Accounting

• Chronological Statement of Retirement Points (ARPC Form 249-E)

• Computation of PEBD, BASD and Active Federal Service (DA Form 1506)

• Employment Verification

• Uploading documents into iPERMS for IRR and AGR (above the line) Soldiers

• Army Review Board Agency (ARBA) Inquiries

• VA Home Loan Statement of Service

• Records requests

• Update Army Physical Fitness Test (DA Form 705)

• Update the Reserve Data Maintenance System/TAPDB-R

• Name Change, Social Security Number Correction or Date of Birth Correction

• Transfers to the Retired Reserve for IRR and IMA soldiers
