Collaboration

All for Good

All for Good

When President Obama called on Americans to get out and serve, people who led the online and "on the ground" effort looked to the nation's technology sector for new tools to help engage Americans in service. A collaboration with Google, Craigslist Foundation, UCLA, YouTube, Facebook, and many others resulted in the most comprehensive volunteer search engine ever created (and at no cost to the federal government).

MLK Day Technology Challenge

MLK Day Technology Challenge

The MLK Day Technology Challenge was launched to engage the technology community in service on the King Holiday and beyond. The initiative, a collaboration with the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and the Department of Education, encourages "techies" to put their skills to use by teaming up to help a non-profit or school with an ongoing tech need.
