| | | Description of the Record History Format
The entries on this page display the history of
each of the data elements of an EPLS record sorted
in ascending chronological order. Where possible,
the items under the earliest timestamp will
display the data as it appeared when it was first added to EPLS.
The items under each subsequent timestamp show
data elements that have been added, modified, or
deleted. When an item is added, "CREATED" will
appear next to the type of data element added.
When an item is deleted, "DELETED" will appear next
to the type of data element deleted. When a data
field is modified, the new value is displayed next
to the label for that data field. Street addresses
for individuals will not be displayed, so the
message "PII DATA NOT DISPLAYED" will be displayed instead.
Note: Record history is only
available for changes made to a record
after September 25, 2006, the
release date of EPLS version 3.0.
A new capability was added to EPLS
with version 3.0 to record the history
of all changes made to an EPLS record.
Before this date, only the create date
and delete date if applicable
will be displayed for the record.
