John Vandiver
John Vandiver joined Stars and Stripes in 2007 and is based in Stuttgart, Germany. He is a 1996 graduate of the University of Delaware and previously covered local government and education at the Asbury Park Press in New Jersey. Before being assigned to Stuttgart in 2008, John worked out of Stars and Stripes’ bureau in Baumholder, Germany.
