Elizabeth Hoeffel

Statistician, U.S. Census Bureau

Elizabeth Hoeffel is a statistician in the U.S. Census Bureau's Racial Statistics Branch, where she has reviewed 2010 Census and American Community Survey data. Hoeffel has co-authored three 2010 Census briefs, which covered the Asian, black and American Indian and Alaska Native populations.

Hoeffel began her Census Bureau career in 2007 creating national, state and county population estimates. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Ohio State University and her master's degree in sociology from Virginia Tech.
