Data for the Distilled Spirits Statistical Release is derived directly from:

  • Monthly Report of Processing (Denaturing) Operations Form 5110.43
  • Monthly Report of Production Operations Form 5110.4
  • Monthly Report of Processing Operations Form 5110.25
  • Monthly Report of Storage Operations Form 5110.11

Form(s) must be filed with TTB 15 days after the close of the period. The Distilled Spirits Statistical Release report is generated approximately 45 days after the due date.
