As the number of English language learners (ELL) increases, schools across the country need good ELL teachers.
ELL teachers at all grade levels:

- Help students learn how navigate the English-speaking world both inside and outside of school

Elementary School
In elementary school, students typically receive health instruction in their classrooms. Dedicated physical education instructors lead elementary school students through blocks of physical education.
Middle School & High School
Middle school and high school physical education teachers typically lead physical education classes as well as teach blocks of health education. In addition, physical education teachers can become certified driver education instructors.
As a foreign language teacher, you can help students in all grade levels learn how to communicate in a foreign language.
Great foreign language teachers not only teach students a new language, but they also teach students about the different cultures in which that language is spoken.
As a teacher, you have the opportunity to sponsor a club or organization whether you teach elementary, middle, or high school. If your school doesn’t offer a club, you may also have the opportunity to establish one.
