EDGAR Form N-MFP XML Technical Specification (Version 3)

The EDGAR Form N-MFP XML Technical Specification provides a basis for creating Form N-MFP and Form N-MFP/A submissions. Filers must follow the Form N-MFP XML Technical Specification to construct their Form N-MFP and Form N-MFP/A submissions. These submissions can be submitted via the EDGAR Filing Web site (https://edgarfiling.sec.gov) or by clicking the "Are you an EDGARLink filer or would you like to create a new Asset-Backed Securities Issuing Entity?" link from the EDGAR Portal Web site (www.portal.edgarfiling.sec.gov).

The EDGAR system was upgraded to Release 11.2 on August 1, 2011. The upgrade introduces the following change to the EDGAR Form N-MFP XML Technical Specification (Version 3):

• Administrator (Item 5. Administrator) and Transfer Agent name (Item 6. Transfer Agent name) will now be required, allowing "None" as an acceptable value.
   
• The "Report Date" can be the last business day of the month or any calendar day of the month after the last business day of the month; previously, the "Report Date" had to be the last business day of the month.
   
• Updates were made to include the definition of applicability of schema elements to Table 3-1 (Column Definitions for Table 3-3) and to remove Section 3.2 (Applicability of Schema Elements).
