Shirine Moazed is the Washington D.C. Field Office Chief, U.S. Office of Special Counsel. She has been with OSC since February 1997. Ms. Moazed supervises a staff of attorneys and investigators within the IPD who are responsible for investigating and prosecuting violations of the Whistleblower Protection Act. She also serves as the Outreach/Training coordinator and has been a frequent presenter at conferences on the prohibited personnel practices, with a focus on whistleblower retaliation. Ms. Moazed received her J.D. from the Washington College of Law, American University.
