Welcome to the Detroit Regional Office page. Our office serves employees, employers and unions in eastern Michigan. We conduct elections, investigate charges of unfair labor practices, and sometimes hold hearings in our offices. We are happy to answer questions about the rights and obligations afforded under our law. Please feel free to stop by or call us at 1-313-226-3200, or our Resident Office in Grand Rapids at 1-616-456-2679, and ask for the information officer on duty.  We also provide speakers and materials to local community groups and schools on request.

On May 1, 2012, Regional Attorney Dennis Boren and Supervisory Attorney Andrew MacEachern attended the Law Day open house held at the United States Courthouse in Detroit. They spoke to attendees about the NLRB and the law that the Agency enforces.

On April 19, 2012, Regional Director Terry Morgan attended the Dykema law firm's Update for Employers regarding the NLRB. She gave a presentation regarding the Actng General Counsel's deferral initiative and the new representation case rules issued by the Board.
