Welcome to the Pittsburgh Regional Office page. Our office serves employees, employers and unions in western Pennsylvania and northern and western West Virginia. We conduct elections, investigate charges of unfair labor practices, and sometimes hold hearings in our offices. We are happy to answer questions about the rights and obligations afforded under our law. Please feel free to stop by or call us at 1-412-395-4400 and ask for the information officer on duty.  Hearing-challenged persons may reach us on our TTY phone at 412-395-5435.  We also provide speakers and materials to local community groups and schools on request.

One important point-of-interest is the new Notice Posting Rule for employers.  Information, questions and answers, and 2 versions of the Notice itself are available by clicking on the second item "Employee Rights Poster" under Resources.  For further information, please feel free to call our Information Officer on duty at the above phone number.
