ABOUT ARMY LINGUISTS
Some Army jobs depend on speaking fluent English. Others rely on Soldiers with expertise in reading, writing and speaking some of the world’s many diverse foreign languages. Those Soldiers provide high-quality translation, interpretation and language-related support to combat troops and military personnel in a variety of classified operations.
If you are a U.S. citizen and have a strong command of a foreign language, the U.S. Army can use your skills in its efforts to help promote peace at home and abroad.
