       Congressman Burgess, I want to thank you for your championing of our cause to bring back Primatene Mists. For so many of us, prescription inhalers, pills and other treatments just don't work, and we're made to suffer through horribly frightening attacks of breathlessness without aid. In time, this will no doubt lead to increased hospital visits and even deaths. Primatene was also an affordable, over the counter option for the thousands upon thousands without health insurance. I have written to my congresswoman and senators asking them to aid you in your efforts as well as signing and circulating every petition I have been able to find. Please sir, do not give up on this fight. If there is anything we can do to aid you in gaining publicity or support, please reach out to us and I can promise you we will do all we can. We have several Facebook groups! There is nothing more terrifying that not being able to breathe.. Thank you again Congressman. www.facebook.com/groups/336436083104336/?ref=ts

    The national debt has topped $16 trillion - that's $16,000,000,000,000 - with over $5 trillion dollars added over the last three and a half years. The Senate and President Obama need to join with the House to stop the spending binge and address our impending debt crisis. “Like” if you think Washington needs to stop the wasteful spending.

    As a physician, it is a priority of mine to ensure that those with pre-existing conditions have access to quality and affordable health insurance. That’s why I introduced The Guaranteed Access to Health Insurance Act of 2012, H.R. 6283. This legislation will provide states the financial backing to decide how best to provide coverage for this population through risk pools, reinsurance programs or other innovative methods.
