PMF Guide for Agencies The PMF Guide for Agencies provides information on the roles and responsibilities of the PMF Program Office, Agency PMF Coordinators, PMFs and their supervisors. It also provides program policy and procedural guidance to help agencies administer their PMF Program. PMF Program: Meeting your Agency's Succession Planning Needs Brochure

PMF Instructions and Checklist for FMS Form 7600A/B Interagency Agreement (IAA) for PMF Reimbursements

(Class of 2011-2012)

The PMF Instructions and Checklist for PMF reimbursements are used for agencies submitting PMF appointment reimbursement fees via IPAC (electronic funds transfer). This is an Adobe (.pdf) fillable form. Adobe Acrobat Version [55 KB]

FMS Form 7600A General Terms and Conditions (GT&C), Interagency Agreement (IAA) for PMF Reimbursements

(Class of 2011-2012)

This FMS form is used for agencies submitting PMF appointment reimbursement fees via IPAC (electronic funds transfer). The 7600A is the mandatory partnership section of the IAA and must be completed and on file before the 7600B can be executed. This is an Adobe (.pdf) fillable form. Adobe Acrobat Version [114 KB]

FMS Form 7600B Order Requirements and Funding Information, Interagency Agreement (IAA) for PMF Reimbursements

(Class of 2011-2012)

This FMS form is used for agencies submitting PMF appointment reimbursement fees via IPAC (electronic funds transfer). The 7600B is the funding section of the IAA that creates the fiscal obligation. This is an Adobe (.pdf) fillable form. Adobe Acrobat Version [189 KB]

OPM Form 1616, Interagency Agreement for PMF Reimbursements

(Class of 2010-2011)

This OPM form was used for agencies submitting PMF appointment reimbursement fees via IPAC (electronic funds transfer). This is an Adobe (.pdf) fillable form. Adobe Acrobat Version [315 KB]

PMFCC Form, Charge Card Form for PMF Reimbursements

(Class of 2010-2011)

This OPM form was used for agencies submitting PMF appointment reimbursement fees via a government charge card (e.g., Visa or MasterCard). This is an Adobe (.pdf) fillable form. Agencies can also utilize the OPM Form 1616, for electronic transfers, referenced above. Adobe Acrobat Version [97 KB]
OPM Form 1302, PMF Individual Development Plan (IDP) As of July 2010, this is an optional form that Fellows may use as their IDP.  Fellows should work with their supervisors to complete the IDP.  When using an Agency specific IDP, this form may be used as a guide to help complete the IDP. Sample PMF Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) As of August 2010, this is a sample PMF MOU to be used when performing a rotation or developmental assignment at an agency other than a Fellows employing agency. This form should be tailored to meet the needs of the specific assignment. PMFs should consult with their supervisor and/or Agency PMF Coordinator for assistance.  This is an Adobe (.pdf) file.
