Chili

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. ground turkey
  • 1 lb. good quality turkey sausage
  • 2 Tbsp "I can't believe it is not butter"
  • 1 lg. sweet diced onion
  • 1 lg. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1 can black beans (rinsed)
  • 2 cans pinto beans (rinsed)
  • 1 28 oz can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 3/4 - 1 cup ketchup
  • light-salt and pepper to taste

Toppings:

  • Dollop of Fat Free Sour Cream
  • Grated Fat Free cheese
  • Few dashes Hot Sauce
  • Fat free/salt free saltines
Directions:

Brown ground turkey and turkey sausage

Saute butter, onion and pepper

Mix together

Add chili powder, black beans, pinto beans, chopped tomatoes, cumin, ketchup, salt and pepper

Cook until chili thickness consistency

Add toppings

Healthy:
fat, low sugar, uses turkey instead of beef
