Earning Forums
NCD held its first "Earning" forum in Detroit, MI in October 2010. The forum involved representatives from Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Minnesota. Information from that forum follows below. NCD plans to convene a regional "Earning" forum each year.
