Integrating federal research on global change and climate change

About the U.S. Global Change Research Program's Resource Library:

The U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) Online Resource Library was created to fulfill the requirement for a Global Change Resource Information Office as mandated by the Global Change Research Act (GCRA) of 1990. The purpose of this library is to provide access to information on climate change research, adaptation/mitigation strategies and technologies, and global change-related educational resources on behalf of the various U.S. Federal Agencies that are involved in the USGCRP.
