Semiannual Reports to the Congress
The Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended, requires that Semiannual Reports (SARs) be made to Congress. This report provides a listing of all audit reports issued during the period and summaries of significant reports, as well as reports on significant investigations and statistical case information. Information concerning management decisions, such as any significant management decisions with which the OIG is in disagreement or any significant revisions to management decisions are also included in the report.
This page provides a complete account of all SARs.
For more information about the SAR and its production, please see Semiannual Report to the Congress FAQs.
